Givova

Givova, Italian sportswear producer with strong attitude to technology, requires a system able to guarantee control during inbound and outbound operations and so in inventory. Managing high volumes of items, it’s very important to have the possibility to check movements inside and outside the warehouse.

During inbound activities each item is tagged with a RFID label, so that the system can trace the following movements of the goods.

A RFID portal allows the automatic management of incoming goods, improving the receiving processes. Picking activities are made with RFID handheld devices while packing with RFID Desk.

Shipping is managed with a RFID portal able to read automatically the RFID label when passing, checking packing list and reporting errors.

The system updates item/quantities in stock.

Inbound and outbound activites are automatic, with a real time check of the stock

Benefits:

  • Traceability throughout the supply chain
  • No human errors
  • Control of items actually in stock
  • No paper to manage inside processes
  • Automatic inbound and outbound
